    Industrial BESS is battery storage sized for factories, logistics sites, and other high-load facilities. It fits teams that buy from day-ahead markets or face volatile tariffs and want automated charge/discharge aligned to price forecasts, connection limits, and production schedules.
    How does optimization relate to CROPEX, SEEPEX, and HUPX?
    CROPEX (Croatia), SEEPEX (Serbia), and HUPX (Hungary) publish day-ahead electricity prices in 15-minute or hourly resolution. Our optimization stack ingests those signals (along with your load and PV profile) to schedule battery actions ahead of the trading day, reducing exposure to peak intervals.

    How do I get a facility-specific economics model?
    Start with a consultation: we collect tariff structure, connection limits, load profile, and any on-site generation. Comex then models dispatch against historical market data and your constraints so savings, merchant margin, payback, and risks are explicit before procurement.
    What does a system cost?
    There is no list price, because the battery is the smaller half of the decision. Cost is driven by usable capacity, inverter sizing, connection limits, switchgear condition, and how much civil and electrical work your site already has in place. We quote after the site review, itemised, so you can see what is battery, what is integration, and what is construction.
    How long does it take from decision to dispatch?
    Plan in months, not weeks. Engineering review and modelling take two to four weeks. Procurement lead times on cells and inverters dominate the middle of the schedule and move with the market. Installation and commissioning on a prepared site is typically one to three weeks. We give you a dated plan at quotation, not a range.
    What happens when something fails at 03:00?
    The plant keeps running. Dispatch logic sits on a local edge controller, so a lost connection stops optimisation, not production — the site falls back to safe operation within its normal limits. Alarms reach us and you at the same time, and the same engineers who commissioned the system handle the response.
    Who owns what after handover?
    The plant, the hardware and the operating data are yours. The dispatch and optimisation logic is delivered as an integrated service from our cloud — connected to your site over mutually authenticated TLS with end-to-end encryption — so that part is an ongoing service rather than a box you own outright. Physical deployment does not depend on us: a local installer or integrator can install and commission the hardware to our specification, without Comex on site.
